TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY TRANSPORT FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE PURPOSES OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS, PARTICULARLY THOSE IN NEED INCLUDING YOUNG PERSONS, DISABLED PERSONS AND ELDERLY PERSONS.
