UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AND SO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND PROVISION OF ONE OR MORE STUDENTS OF THIRD WORLD ORIGIN WHO WISH TO STUDY AT WOLVERHAMPTON POLYTECHNIC OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN ENGLAND AND WALES IN SUCH PROPORTIONS OR IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE.
