TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEE BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY AND INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
