Charitable objects

(I) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS BY THE PROVISION OF NON-STATUTORY HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND IN PARTICULAR TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT MENTAL HEALTH AMONG SUCH PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE FULLY AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. (II) TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE SOCIAL RESOURCES AND FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF ENCOURAGING MENTAL HEALT BY ENABLING MEMBERS THROUGH MUTUAL SELF-HELP AND SUPPORT (A) TO PARTICIPATE IN ORDINARY SOCIAL EXPERIENCES; (B) TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR SKILLS AND ABILITIES; (C) TO ESTABLISH OR RE-ESTABLISH THEIR PERSONAL DIGNITY AND CONTROL OVER THEIR LIVES; (D) TO OVERCOME INVOLUNTARY SOCIAL ISOLATION AND ITS ACCOMPANYING DESPAIR.
