FUNDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN RHEUMATOLOGY OF CLINICAL AND LABORATORY STAFF, WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING QUALITY OF CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH ARTHRITIS AND OTHER AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASES.
