THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS, 1) IN PURCHASING SPECIAL AMENITIES FOR THE KING EDWARD VI HIGH SCHOOL, STAFFORD OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. 2) IN AUGMENTING THE INCOME OF THE PRIZES FUND.
