PROMOTING THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND FACILITATING THE INVOLVEMENT OF DISABLED PERSONS IN SPORT AND ALL MATTERS INCIDENTAL THERETO INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL EQUIPMENT AND THE PROMOTION WHENEVER REQUIRED OF A WELSH DISABLED SPORTS TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP OPEN TO DISABLED PERSONS IN THE WHOLE OF WALES AND TO ENABLE DISABLED PERSONS IN WALES TO TAKE PART IN OTHER CHAMPIONSHIPS AS APPROVED.
