Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE AND CO-ORDINATE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER WELFARE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN MERSEYSIDE WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BECAUSE OF THEIR YOUTHFULNESS INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITY THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
