TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR ELDERLY PERSONS LIVING IN THE LOWER GORNAL OR ITS SURROUNDING AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE SUCH ELDERLY PERSONS.
