TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE WORK OF DISABLED SELF-HELP GROUPS IN THE NORTH SHEFFIELD AREA IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR DISABLED PERSONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
