TO PROVIDE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF HUTTON CRANSWICK AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITLES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION,FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELAXATION AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
