THE OBJECT OF THE COMPANY IS: TO PROVIDE HOLIDAYS FOR CHILDREN (HERE MEANING PERSONS OF ANY RACE, NATIONALITY, CREED OR COLOUR WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 18 YEARS) FROM THE WEST MIDLANDS AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, SUCH CHILDREN HAVING NEED OF SUCH HOLIDAYS BY REASON OF IMFIMITY, DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
