THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BENEFITTING THE COMMUNITY OF WARLEY BY (A) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO SUBSTITUTE CRE IN PARTICULAR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF FOSTER PARENTS. (B) CO-OPERATING WITH AND ASSISTING WITH THE WORK OF STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
