TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS WHO LIVE IN THE WEST, EAST, SOUTH AND NORTH OF NOTTINGHAM (I.E. THE CITY OF NOTTINGHAM) AND THE ADJOURNING BOROUGH COUNCIL AREAS IN PARTICULAR BY PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL DAY CARE FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR SUCH PERSONS.
