TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE ELSTON HALL CENTRE AND SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF WOLVERHAMPTON AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS AND THE PROMOTION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
