FOR THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMUNITY CARE, FOR SUCH OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF LONGSTONE OR SUCH OF THE PARENTS, BROTHERS, SISTERS OR CHILDREN OF ANY INHABITANTS OF THE SAID PARISH LIVING OUTSIDE BUT IN THE VICINITY OF GREAT LONGSTONE WHO ARE UNABLE TO LOOK AFTER THEMSELVES BY REASON OF OLD AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT OR MENTAL OR PHYSICAL HANDICAP.IN THE ABSENCE OF SUFFICIENT NEED FOR PLACES FROM THE PARISH, PEOPLE FROM OUTSIDE THE IMMEDIATE CATCHMENT AREA MAY BE ADMITTED FOR CARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES
