Charitable objects

THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE; (A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF DUDLEY BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING OR RE-TRAINING FOR SUCH PEOPLE FOR EMPLOYMENT AND OTHERWISE EQUIPPING THEM WITH EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES. (B) TO UNDERTAKE WORKS DIRECTLY PROMOTING OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES (INCLUDING FACILITATING THE ENGAGEMENT OF OTHERWISE UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE IN PROJECTS FOR THE PAINTING AND DECORATING OF HOMES FOR THE ELDERLY, HANDICAPPED AND ONE PARENT FAMILIES, GARDENING FOR THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED AND A SEWING AND SHOPPING SERVICE FOR THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED). (C) TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
