TO PROTECT THE HEALTH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL, OF PERSONS WITH A PHYSICAL, SENSORY OR MENTAL HANDICAP, OR WHO ARE MENTALLY ILL, WHO LIVE WITHING THE COUNTIES OF NORTHUMBERLAND, DURHAM, TYNE & WEAR, CLEVELAND, AND CUMBRIA, BY THE PROMOTION AND PROVISION OF COUNSELLING FOR SUCH PERSONS CONCERNING THEIR PERSONAL AND SEXUAL PROBLEMS AND THOSE CONNECTED WITH PROMOTION AND PROVISION OF COUNSELLING FOR SUCH PERSONS.
