TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
