Activities - how the charity spends its money
Caring for Cystic Fibrosis raises funds to provide relief to young people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families. It does this by providing funding to the Sheffield Health Authority to fund staff at the Sheffield Children's Hospital, by purchasing medical equipment for use in the hospital and at home and by providing funding to improve the facilities at Sheffield Children's Hospital.

THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS IN CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM CYSTIC FIBROSIS AND THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH OF SUCH CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY PROVIDING A VISITING NURSE TO VISIT FAMILIES OF CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM CYSTIC FIBROSIS BY ADVISING THOSE FAMILIES ABOUT TREATMENT BY PURCHASING EQUIPMENT TO BE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE TREATMENT OF CYSTIC FIBROSIS BY FUNDING RESEARCH INTO CYSTIC FIBROSIS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE BETTER FORMS OF TREATMENT BY TEACHING AND BY SUPPORTING THE PUBLICATION OF PAPERS AND BY DISSEMINATING INFORMATION ABOUT THE TREATMENT OF CYSTIC FIBROSIS.
