A) TO PROVIDE SAFE, STIMULATING PLAY OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN. B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS PRIMARILY FOR CHILDREN RESIDENT IN CHAPELFIELDS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR THOSE ATTENDING WESTFIELD PRIMARY SCHOOL, C) TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP IN THE SHORT & LONG TERM, THE VALUE OF CHILDREN'S PLAY TOWARDS IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. D) TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A VARIETY OF PLAY FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
