THE PROMOTION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR CHILDREN WITH MENTAL HANDICAP, WHO HAVE SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AS DEFINED IN SECTION 1(2) OF THE EDUCATION ACT 1981 AND SUPPORT FOR THE PARENTS AND GUARDIAN OF SUCH CHILDREN, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON AND ATTENDING FULL-TIME EDUCATION.
