(I) TO FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF THE ARTS AND MUSIC AND DRAMA AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE STUDY AND PERFORMANCE OF OPERAS, MUSICAL PRODUCTIONS, PLAY READING AND THE LIKE, AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF THESE ARTS. (II) BY INSTRUCTION TO ENCOURAGE AND DEVELOP VOCAL AND HISTRIONIC AMATEUR TALENT AMONG ITS MEMBERS. (III) TO RAISE FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
