THE TRUST FUND SHALL BE PAID OR APPLIED IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN LEICESTERSHIRE AND CAMBRIDGESHIRE OR IN EITHER OF THEM AND WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO THE PRESERVATION OF WILDLIFE AND THE ENVIRONMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION AND THE PRESERVATION OF RURAL CHURCH FABRIC.
