TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF STOCKPORT, AS CURRENTLY CONSTITUTED OR AS AMENDED, THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF TRAINER AND TRAINEE MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO THE MATTER OF THE EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS WHICH MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH SICKNESS.
