TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERSTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR YOUNG PERSONS AND IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
