Charitable objects
1. THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ONE OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (A) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE SCHOOL; (B) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL). 2. IF AND INSOFAR AS THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION AS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAME IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN IRLAM.
