I) THE RELIEF OF CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AMONG THE FOLLOWING PERSONS WHO ARE INJURED OR BECOME INCAPACITATED THROUGH ILLNESS ATTRIBUTABLE TO OR PRECIPITATED BY PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME WHILE PLAYING FOOTBALL OR IN SOME OTHER OFFICIAL CAPACITY IN CONNECTION WITH A FOOTBALL MATCH WITH WHICH THEY INTEND TO ACT OR HAVE ACTED AS A RESERVE OR IN SOME OTHER OFFICIAL CAPACITY (A) REGISTERED MEMBERS OF CLUBS AFFILIATED TO THE GRIMSBY CLEETHORPES AND DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE OR (B) PLAYERS IN FOOTBALL MATCHES ORGANISED BY OR UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE LEAGUE OR BY OR UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE LINCOLNSHIRE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION.
