TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND TO HEIGHTEN PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND SCIENCE FO DRAMA BY THE PUBLIC PERFORMANCE OF HIGH QUALITY DRAMATIC WORKS AND THE PURSUIT OF ACTIVITIES ACILLARY TO THAT PRINCIPAL OBJECT. TO ASSIST AND FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE MEMBERSHIP SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, WHICH WILL BE DECIDED AT AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
