Charitable objects

THE OBJECT OF THE SCHEME SHALL BE TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME AS A RESULT OF ANY CRIMINAL OFFENCE COMMITTED BY ANY PERSON OR THROUGH ANY MEANS WHATEVER AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED WHERE SUCH PERSONS ARE RESIDENT WITHIN THE AREA BOUNDED BY THE INNER RING ROAD OF BIRMINGHAM (WEST MIDLANDS POLICE "F" DIVISION) THE ADJOINING DISTRICT OF NEWTON ("C" DIVISION) AND, ON OCCASION, OTHER ADJOINING AREAS.
