TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE WITH MODERATE TO SEVERE LEARNING DISABILITIES AND/OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES (INCLUDING MULTIPLE DISABILITIES) WHO USE THE SERVICES OF ELDON HOUSE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EXTRA FACILITIES AND AMENITIES FOR THE SAID DISABLED CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE AT THE UNIT, (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY).
