TO FURTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM A HEARING IMPAIRMENT - SUCH AS PROVISION OF SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN AN ATMOSPHERE SYMPATHETIC TO THE HARD OF HEARING, AND ALLEVIATING THE LONELINESS AND ISOLATION OF PEOPLE WITH A HEARING IMPAIRMENT.
