THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY) FOR THE RESEARCH TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSIS OF HEART AND LUNG DISEASES THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH AND BY THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF TECHNICIANS TO OPERATE SUCH SPECIAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.
