Charitable objects
A)ADVANCING EDUCATION WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF BOOKS TEACHING MATERIALS EQUIPMENT THE PROVISION OF A SALARIED TEACHER OR PROVIDING FOR THE TEACHING OF A CURRICULUM SUBJECT PROVIDED THAT SUCH PROVISION SHALL BE OF SPECIAL BENEFITS WHICH ARE NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY & SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED SO AS TO RELIEVE PUBLIC FUNDS. B) IN THE INTEREST OF SCOIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS ON YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 13 YEARS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS IN LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS.
