Charitable objects
(A) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DESCRETION DETERMINE, (B) OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES INSOFAR AS THEY SHALL BE CHARITABLE IN LAW. (I) RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL NEED. (II) EDUCATION OR ASSISTANCE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ANY PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY. (III) THE TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF ILLNESS AND DISEASE. (IV) FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTIES OF HEREFORD AND WORCESTER AND SHROPSHIRE.
