Charitable objects
(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF DISABLED AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS IN THE BOROUGH OF NORTH WARWICKSHIRE AND THEIR ENVIRONS (COVERING THE SAME GEOGRAPHICAL AREA AS NORTH WARWICKSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL). (II) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY REASONS OF THEIR DISABILITY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED.
