TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF IN NEED AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PARENTS AFFECTED BY, EARLY GESTATIONAL LOSS, STILLBIRTH, NEONATAL DEATH, SUDDEN INFANT DEATH SYNDROME (COT DEATH), AND OTHER POST PERINATAL DEATH OF THEIR BABY OR BABIES AND WHERE APPROPRIATE, PROVIDE SUPPORT AND BEREAVEMENT COUNSELLING TO SUCH PARENTS.
