TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF LICHFIELD STREET, RIVERSIDE AND SUNSET CLOSE AREA OF TAMWORTH.
