THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE MINISTER FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE CONGREGATION ASSEMBLING FOR WORSHIP AT THE CARMEL INDEPENDENT CHAPEL AND SUBJECT THERTO IN OR TOWARDS THE UPKEEP AND REPAIR OF THE SAID CHAPEL AND THE AMAINTENACNE OF THE SERVICES THEREIN AND IN OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID CONGREGATION.
