TO RETAIN THE HISTORIC LIBRARIES AND THE MAPPA MUNDI IN THEIR OWNERSHIP AND UNDER THE CONTROL SUBJECT TO ARRANGEMENTS WITH REGARD TO THE CARE AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE HISTORIC LIBRARIES AND THE MAPPI MUNDI TO BE MADE WITH THE DEAN AND CHAPTER OR OTHERS.
