UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY IS REQUIRED FOR FURTHERING THE ABOVE MENTIONED OBJECT THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME IN PAYING THE NURSING HOME FEES OF AGED, DISTRESSED MEMBERS OF THE UPPER AND MIDDLE CLASSES.
