TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND WITH POWER IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME OR FROM TIME TO TIME TO PAY OR APPLY ALL OR ANY PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND TO OR FOR THE OXFORD LITERARY AND DEBATING UNION CHARITABLE TRUST (FOR SO LONG AS THE SAID TRUST HAS REGISTERED CHARITY STATUS) FOR ITS GENERAL PURPOSES... SUBJECT THERETO TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME AND CPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
