TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL BY ASSISTING ON THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE EXISTING BUILDINGS AND IN THE BUILDING AND SEBSEQUENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF ADDITIONAL BUILDINGS AT THE SCHOOL AND BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE SCHOOL NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AUTHORITIES.
