THE RECIPIENTS WILL LIVE IN THE CHARD, ILMINSTER AND CREWKERNE AREAS OR WILL HAVE MOVED TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY FROM THESE AREAS AND THE CONTENT OF THE TAPES WILL REFLECT THE GEORGRAPHICAL AREA COVERED.
