GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND FOR SUCH CHARITIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT WITH A WISH EXPRESSED THAT PART OF THE TRUST FUND SHOULD BE APPLIED FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTING AND BENEFITING ANIMALS WITH PARTIUCLAR REGARD TO THE WELFARE OF ANIMALS IN THE COUNY OF BERKSHIRE AND OF ESTABLISHING A SANCTUARY FOR THE TREATMENT AND SHELTER OF SUCH ANIMALS AND FOR CARING FOR ANIMALS THAT ARE SUFFERING FROM ILLNESS DISEASE OR THE EFFECTS OF ILL TREATMENT OR ARE LOST OR UNWANTED.
