TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF FIRSTLY FORMER PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL KNOWN AS SUTTON HIGH SCHOOL FOR BOYS SECONDLY FORMER SIXTH FORM PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL NOW KNOWN AS THE DEVONPORT HIGH SCHOOL FOR BOYS OR OF SUCH SCHOOL HOWSOEVER IT MAY BE CALLED WHO COMMENCE HIGHER EDUCATION COURSES IN THE YEAR 1989 OR THEREAFTER BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WHICH WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
