RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG ALL PERSONS EMPLOYED IN THE AMBULANCE SERVICES OF ENGLAND, WALES, SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND THE REPUBLIC OF EIRE OR FORMERLY EMPLOYED PERSONS HAVING LEFT THE SERVICES ON MEDICAL GROUNDS OR ON RETIREMENT AND THE DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS.
