1. TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION AND PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE OF YOUNG EUROPEAN BAROQUE MUSICIANS THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY BAROQUE ORCHESTRA. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ART OF BAROQUE MUSIC IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PUBLIC PERFORMANCES OF THE SAID ORCHESTRA THROUGHOUT EUROPE.
