Charitable objects
(I) TO PROMOTE THE PROPER CARE AND UPBRINGING OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE YEARS AND THE PRACTICE AND TEACHING OF HIGH STANDARDS OF SUCH CARE AND UPBRINGING BY PARENTS AND OTHER PERSONS AND ORGANIZATIONS, AND (II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE ORGANIZATIONS OF OPEN CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS ON TOPICS OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE CONNECTED WITH THE PROPER CARE AND UPBRINGING OF YOUNG CHILDREN BY PROMOTING ACADEMIC RESEARCH INTO THE NEEDS OF SUCH CHILDREN (AND OF SUCH OF THEM AS ARE DEFENCLESS, DEPRIVED, POOR OR SICK) AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE COMPANY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINES.
