Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE RESTORATION OF THE WENDOVER ARM OF THE GRAND UNION CANAL LINKING THE TOWN OF WENDOVER AT BULBOURNE HERTFORDSHIRE (HEREAFTER CALLED "THE WATERWAY" WHICH SHALL INCLUDE ALL WATERWAYS, BUILDINGS, WORKS STRUCTUREA ASSOCIATED THEREWITH) TO GOOD AND NAVIGABLE ORDER AND TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE WATERWAY FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 3 OF THE MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION.
